PragmaTrial® is Hippocrates Research’s business unit dedicated to pragmatic studies. It brings together methodological and operational expertise to connect randomised research with the conditions of everyday clinical practice.
Pragmatic trials investigate how interventions perform in settings that reflect routine care. They can support comparative effectiveness research and safety assessment, using broader populations and outcomes relevant to patients, healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
